I cannot recommend this cleaning service enough! We had two cleaners come to our home, and they were absolutely incredible. They worked so hard from start to finish and paid attention to every little detail.I thought I knew how to clean, but they took it to a completely different level. The cleaning service was overpriced and didn’t provide good value for the money. I had to clean many areas myself and after Dream Clean service. Even the professionals didn’t had right equipment such as gloves. For surface level clean up it may be good as per reviews. But for deep clean I believe they are not equipped. Eve after sharing photographs of incomplete or unfinished parts, The owner was not ready to understand the key issues. I moved in a house today, in a big master bedroom with attached washroom and when I got here i realized it really needed a deep clean that I couldn’t do by myself and felt very discouraged. I found My Dream Clean online and they were super responsive which I really appreciated because it was time sensitive. Super professional from start to finish, sent me a quote and documents online, communicated promptly and clearly in a timely manner by email and call/text. Jon was very responsive and I appreciate that he sent his workers back when I wasn’t satisfied with the clean the first time. However overall I’m so disappointed with the quality of the work. I checked off the extra options to clean the cabinets and inside the appliances but none of this was done, or if it was attempted to be done it wasn’t done well. If you want a surface level clean without any real attention to detail then you can go ahead with this company. John and his crew arrived just a day after contractors had finished sanding the walls, so the place was covered in dust. Despite the mess, they tackled everything with care and professionalism.
