There is nothing more stressful than dealing with a mortgage, especially in todays financial climate. Then you add in the fact that our mortgage was closing on Jan 01 2025. I was pretty apprehensive to begin with and may have delayed starting the process. I wanted to step away from our current big bank lender and try working with a mortgage broker. All of these added to our stress levels. I found Danny randomly via Bark and after having an initial conversation and from that point onwards we breathed a sigh of relief. Danny guided us through the whole process and was always available to answer questions and so forth. Even during the holidays when we were desperately trying to find a lawyer. Danny came through a provided a few that he has dealt with in the past, and the lawyer was always of the same calibre in providing us the security we needed during that time as well. In the end through Danny's guidance and oversight we got our mortgage refinanced with a level A lender, with an excellent rate and now can feel secure for the next 5 years.
