This was my first experience purchasing a home and dealing with brokers, lawyers and the such, as I’m sure many of you can understand, it’s a Very! Overwhelming process, with a lot of phone calls, emails and text messages going on through the process, mostly at uncomfortable times both while you’re working and even when you’re off the clock, I also work a very stressful and time consuming job that requires me to to travel and work unexpected hours/overtime, but through this process, I have nothing but positive things to say about my Wonderful broker Lucia, she is the type or person that goes above and beyond what is required of her to not only make you feel comfortable but also ensure you understand the process and what is necessary of you, the one requiring her services, Lucia has also been nothing but patient and relatable to both my ignorance and availability, she is the one part of this experience I’ve pleasantly enjoyed, she’s shows compassion and understand and is willing to comb through all avenues to find solutions to your situation as long as you are willing to work with her, she is not a woman I would view as anything but a professional, at what she does. I know people read these reviews with a bit of scepticism but I implore you the reader to look at her other review because I’m not the only one who has been helped by this wonderful lady.
