What do you love most about your job?
Each day as a window cleaner brings about new challenges that test my skill set and encourages me to continue to mature and develop as a professional. Meeting new clients and supporting repeat, existing ones provides new opportunities each day for engaging conversations which I thrive on. Delivering a consistently quality clean brings smiles to client's face which inspires me to continue to work as a window cleaner. The dream for most is to have fun at work, and I think I have achieved this goal as a window cleaner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in the industry for 10+ years with a number of Edmonton-based mentors, I was inspired to expand my boundaries and take on the exciting task of establishing my own business. In running Elevated Window Cleaning, I aspire to deliver customer-driven services that are tailored to each client's needs. Low overhead allows me to deliver competitively priced services which ensure each client feels good about the services they receive.

Unfortunately, the nature of window cleaning means that service delivery cannot be done remotely. That being said, I will work with each client to provide virtual or contactless estimates. For those concerned about the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, there is always the option for outside-only window cleaning serevices.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
In order to minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, I have a number of contactless options from quote through to the finished product available. I work with each client to ensure their comfort and personal needs are met, and am happy to reevaluate the progress dependant on new or emerging concerns and realities. I have options for quotes and payment to be exchanged contactlessly, minimizing the risk of COVID-19 and similar diseases. Lastly, wearing a mask is a requirement for each indoor job to protect everybody involved.
