A dishonest company and I DO NOT recommend them! They originally agreed to confirm the scheduled cleaning at least 24 hours in advance. However, they failed to do this and cancelled my scheduled cleaning in less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, which was the red flag #1. They claimed my location was too far from them which they should have known when they came for the first clean and also when scheduling biweekly cleaning with me instead of realizing it at the last minute, which was the red flag #2. We informed you about Pearl 24 hours in advance, as required. However, if I have to personally pay for the cleaning costs, that would not be fair to us. We have always been honest and transparent with you — everything is clear and can be seen publicly. We value working with you, but if our work is not paid for properly, it will be difficult for us to continue providing our services.

I hired their services to clean a house because I was moving to another one, and I was really fascinated with the cleaning they did. I thought I would need to hire an additional company for the carpet on the stairs, however, the cleaning staff gave it good maintenance and it was no longer necessary to hire anyone else. Contraté los servicios para limpiar una casa por motivo de mudarme a otra, y realmente quedé fascinada con la limpieza que realizaron, creí que necesitaría contratar una compañía adicional para la alfombra en la escalera sin embargo las trabajadora de limpieza le dieron buen mantenimiento y ya no fue necesario contratar a alguien más, recomiendo esta empresa por la calidad de servicio, confianza, puntualidad y compromiso con sus clientes, 5 estrellas y muy agradecida, volveré a contratarlos pronto.

They did such a great job! Only took them 2 hours and we were move out ready! We didn’t make it easy on them either they had to clean around some stuff we had packed up for moving. I would use their service again without question! More...
