Had the pleasure of having Oksana come in and clean my apartment. Very efficient. I like that because there was a communication issue at times. She would pull out her phone and I would ask her on an app that translates from English to her language and vice versa. Very helpful app she had to use. Their crew did a remarkable job! I was so amazed by the level of detail their cleaners have. We had just come home from a trip and still had luggages lying around. They neatly put away the luggages and cleaned the carpet under it. I've hired cleaners before who only cleaned around furniture which left some spots unclean, while the Clean Sign crew would physically move furniture around to get behind and under for a spotless clean. The house smelled amazing after! When they finished, I noticed the microwave and cabinets above it were not cleaned. I informed Yuri and he sent someone the following day to take care of it at no cost! Compared to others, they are reasonably priced.
