It’s equally important to include a variety of dishes that cater to diverse tastes, highlight seasonal ingredients, and reflect perfectionism in every detail, creating an unforgettable event experience.

"What I love most about my job is the ability to make a real difference in people's day through food. There’s something truly rewarding about creating meals that bring comfort, enjoyment, and satisfaction to those who enjoy them. I also appreciate the fast-paced, collaborative environment at Aramark at the University of Calgary. Every day offers new challenges and opportunities to learn, grow, and innovate. The connections I’ve made with colleagues and clients, along with the chance to be a part of a team dedicated to excellence, are what make the work so fulfilling."
What inspired you to start your own business?
"My journey into catering began with a strong desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where I could contribute to creating memorable experiences for people. After discovering Aarmark Canada Ltd at the University of Calgary, I was drawn to the opportunity to serve a diverse community with unique food needs. The energy of working in such a vibrant setting, along with the chance to be part of a team that values quality and service, inspired me to dedicate myself to the catering field. Over the past four years, I’ve gained invaluable experience in crafting exceptional meals and learning the intricacies of catering at a large scale, all while connecting with the people I serve."
