I work for a leading home warranty company that has been in business 50yrs. While I’m sure Aire Serve has performed and provided standard services to their clients, I have recently learned that their business morals do not align with mine! When Aire Serve agreed to be a preferred vendor they neglected to say that our mutual clients would not have their needs met any sooner than 7 to 10 days. When those same clients called outside of the warranty, Aire Serve was able to come out the next day! Aire Serve demanded moneys paid in advance of the work commencing and refused to talk with the same warranty company they had a contract with to ensure the client would receive a full reimbursement. Our family, which includes a 6 year old and 5 month old, woke up to no heat on a frigid Saturday morning. My husband called a few places in which he was told "we can come out Monday". He found Aireserv online and called them based on customer reviews. They were very courteous on the phone and promptly sent out their maintenance tech James V. around 11:00am. James was as friendly as they come. After working for a few hours and diagnosing the issue, we needed a new part that most likely wasn't available due to it being a weekend. James broke for lunch (around 5pm mind you) and then called my husband back to say he could get the part and was coming back to our house. James worked until close to 8pm that evening and sure enough our heat was pumping perfectly as he left. We joked about feeding him and having him stay for the Eagles game, but he was headed to ANOTHER job after ours. Thank you Aireserv and James for the outstanding service and keeping my babies warm! first guy came by thought its ok for circulator to remain on and pipes hot even when T.Stat if not requesting heat. did not diagnose at all gave no real answer. second guy came by gave a guesse-stimate on the potential issue but did not diagnose anything. No test meter, no circuit tester just did a visual look. you paid for diagnose you expect to receive that. I texted for them to send someone to replace the unit (estimate) now I am being ignore. so essential I feel robbed. Get better customer service and Las Vegas franchise owner and better prices and don't waste your money on service plans. I found others were cheaper without service plans for both service calls and parts. Both were rude condensending and actually said to leave a bad review. Had a service call and requested tech to wear a mask and was told it wasn't requested when appointment was made and mask mandates were lifted. There is a young child in this house with health issues and to young for vaccine so please wear a mask. I found surprising that he didn't have any in his service truck so appointment was canceled and feedback from owner was rude and told me to take my business elsewhere so 3 ac units walked out the door and actually I am glad to take my business elsewhere. Just had our new system installed by Macon Salyer and I can't say enough how thrilled I am!! From the specialist Rocky who made our decision and process to get a new system to the installation, it was professional and quick. Macons team arrived on time and removed and installed. They cleaned up and Macon gave step by step instructions on setting up our new WiFi thermostat!! We are now on the twice yearly maintenance plan as well. I will recommend them to all my friends and could not think of using any other company but Aireserv!!! I bought a brand new unit in 2017 for my lake house. With in a month it wasn't working. After numerous "fixes" they finally replaced it. After a short time this unit began causing issues. Time after time they had to come out to fix it. This unit is only used during the weekend during the summer. Yet constantly breaks down. Well yet again, it's gone out. They said something crawled on a board and fried it. I asked why a board was left in a configuration that something could crawl on it and he said that's the manufactor not them. So now I'm paying them yet again to fix a faulty unit. I'm not sure if I should just get a whole new unit from another company, or continue to deal with a unit less than 3 years old. More...
