My mission is to help couples around the Fleurieu find true connection and fun in their relationships. I help a range of couples get unstuck with challenging issues they face, and teach them skills to understand each other better. This includes communicating while regulating emotion, learning how to build trust, and managing conflict.

I love helping couples reconnect and getting unstuck. Your partner is often the most important relationship in your life, and has a profound effect on your happiness. I love helping both partners find fulfilment from each other.
I've always been interested in couplehood. It is a complex area, and modern society doesn't do a great job in preparing us for it. I see there is a great need, and I'd like to be part of the solution.
I understand that relationships can be tough, but while they will always require effort, it can be enjoyable and very rewarding. I'm not judgemental, but I will be honest with you about what needs to be done to reconnect and have fun with your partner.
I have an office in Mt Compass, but I also do sessions online or travel if needed (for a fee).
My office is clean and disinfected regularly. I am immunised and follow state government COVID-19-19 regulations.
