I chose this company as their rating was quite high however from the beginning our relationship did not get off to a good start.
For my first appointment my helper did not even turn up. On the second try my helper came all the way from Hout Bay and i live in Brackenfell W/Cape. The quality of the cleaning was well below par. Two of my rooms were not even cleaned. Now if you get to my place at 9:15am and leave at 4:00pm what iask myself was done the whole day. I still had to pack everything away after my helper left.
Unfortunately this will certainly be the first and the last time i use MH Innovation.
