How long have you been in business?
The business has been functioning for about four years.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
No. The equipment is provided by the customer. Since we provide Healthcare to our customers, we need them to be as comfortable as possible. Hence, we try as much as possible to use their equipment.
However, the company can provide equipment for the patient but a payment needs to be made by the patient.
What do you love most about your job?
When the patient is receptive towards the service. When the patient fully recovers after servicing them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Being an employee limits the extent to which you can provide care to a patient. We could not go above and beyond for our patients which also strained the relationship we had with some of our clients. Hence, I decided to start my own business with workers who cared.
Why should our clients choose you?
Above all, we prioritize the client. We prioritize the comfortability and health of the client. We ensure fully recovery of the patient and allow the patient to be stress free while we take care of them.

No. Healthcare work cannot be provided online and needs to be done physically.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We make sure to work with sanitized equipment. The Healthcare worker is required to regularly wash they hands when working with the client. Ventilation is also prioritized when working closely with patients. The Healthcare worker is also required to be in protective gear (PPE) at all times

We serve a wide range of clients which includes but is not limited to:
Elderly care: We assist the elderly with managing their health conditions and daily tasks
Frail care: We offer support to those who need assistance in completing daily activities.
Post-operative care: We ensure a smooth and healthy recovery as well as wound care after surgery.
Cancer care at home: We provide compassionate care and support during treatment.
Special need: we offer specialized care to adults and young children with unique requirements.
We also offer stay-ins if the patients who require careworkers to be present around the clock.
Domestic worker
We also offer services which include around the clock helpers. These workers are trained to help around your home and keep your home clean and tidy.
