I started YC Videos a few years ago and started working directly with agencies in Singapore to create their commercial ads, promotional videos, events and other corporate related media contents. Our core believe is story is king in every business and we would like to use our strength to broadcast it to the world.

I met Yancong and Theingi at a few weddings and really enjoyed the way they used their films to tell stories that are full of depth and personal touch. Their direction and feel really resonated with me. I really liked that their films were very different from the usual cookie-cutter wedding films. Before I engaged them, Yancong suggested a chat prior to engaging his services as I had a particular idea I wanted to realize and had shared that with him to see if he could bring it to life. Via the call, I also shared with him some context and areas I wanted to focus on. The call was very helpful as it helped us align our thoughts and objectives. Yancong and Theingi were really fun and enjoyable to work with, it felt like we have been friends for a long time and my wife and I felt so natural around them; it removed any awkwardness around the cameras and there was no camera-shyness felt. The completed film was lovely and it brought us back to the the actual day again, reigniting out the emotions and helped us relive the our big day. Thank you so much, Yancong and Theingi! We got to know of Yancong of Heart to Heart through another event and styling company as we needed a photographer to capture a proposal event. Before the actual day, Yancong waa already very friendly and easy to communicate. On the actual day, being the introverted nature me and fiancee are, he managed not only to capture the photos well, but also made us feel really comfortable with his lovely nature. The photos capture were superb, it captured our true emotions and I am honestly in love with all of them. I highly recommend Yancong and Heart to Heart for everyone out there. Not sure why, but finding VG was one of my hardest journey for me 😅 I looked through a lot a lot of IG profiles and watched a lot of videos & finally found HTH, whose videos really took my heart away! Every single pre-wed videos on their website captured stories and emotions of every couple and were the ones that you can really watch repeatedly. I was more firm with my choice after meeting Yancong via zoom! Cause he definitely has the same vibe we’re looking for - CASUAL & yes VERY casual and super easy going! We engaged HTH for both Pre-Wed film & photography and AD VG so I thought we will be given questions in advance to prepare like exams before Pre-Wed, but no … the questions will come up only while filming! 😂 TBH i couldn’t sleep the night before cause I was afraid of screwing it up haha! We were really awkward turtles infront of the camera. But in Yancong we trust, the outcome was great!!! It wasn’t the usual “he ask, we answer” kind of Q&A video! We were really surprise with how our awkward response (we thought) turned out to a story for our pre-wed film. We had friends who praised bout how great the video was and even kids asking me details of what was mentioned! Can’t believe it captured our guest’s attention of all ages 😂 it’s also amazing how Yancong managed to film & took great photos at the same time, 1 man show somemore! And of course! We met both Yancong & Theingi in person for AD and they were such a great pair to work with! It’s very nice to see how they can still be so sweet to each other during work and being professional at the same time! Definitely can be 100% reassured when you have both of them to cover all angles and everyone on your AD. Not forgetting, also having someone to look out for your posture and best angle for you 🤭🤭 Lastly, for everyone out there who’s considering HTH, don’t be like me & worry for nothing even if you’re not gonna be comfortable infront of the cam. We met Heart to Heart during one of the roadshow and fell in love with their style of video - genuine and raw. So we engaged them after meeting them to understand their work. We took their pre-wedding film + AD videography and we totally recommend it! The journey from the pre-wedding film to the AD was very smooth and it allowed us to build up the rapport, making the AD filming more fun and less awkward! 😊 We love how they really try to understand our stroy and put in effort to help us recreate our moments. We were also super pleased with the final pre-wed film because they managed to capture all the raw emotions beautifully and weaved it nicely into a film that has story. We engaged Heart to Heart for live streaming services and we were so glad we did. Viewers commented that the live stream quality was great. Both image and sound was almost as good as watching a professional live TV program. It's really easy to work with Yancong. I had many questions prior to confirming their services and Yancong patiently answered every one of them. He and his Co worker, Wen Xiang, are very dedicated to their work and even arranged for a recce session at the hotel to test the systems 1 week before Actual day. We did a stream of key moments of the wedding and I have to mention that the team was very alert to everything on site. While I was delivering my thank you speech, I wasn't too sure which camera I was supposed to look at (1 static, 1 roving). So I looked into the roving one, which wasn't streaming. But I guess the team caught where I was facing, and within split seconds, they switched the stream to the roving camera. Really appreciate the dedication and professionallism put into all the little detials. Great experience, and I'm sure they will continue to deliver wonderful work productions. More...

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Heart to Heart Stories (HTH) from pre-wed to our wedding day! While planning our wedding, my husband wanted to share our story with family and friends who, due to covid, could not be present physically with us to celebrate. I remembered attending a wedding once and really liked what the couple did, to do an interview to share more about themselves to the wedding guests who may or may not know them closely enough. I looked through Instagram and shortlisted a couple of videographers but finally came down to HTH. I chose them because I really liked the way they did their video stories and it felt very personal. It included all the elements I wanted, the fun, the interview, the backstory, and dreamy look of it. Most of all, I could feel all the emotions from the couples in the video. I was really excited when they contacted us and said that they were available for our AD. They took time to get to know us as a couple during our first interview and also throughout the whole process. They listened attentively and was very supportive. They made us feel comfortable during the video shoot and we had such a wonderful and fun time together. This is definitely an heirloom experience and to be able to share this with my husband and our future generations down the road is something I’ll hold onto for a long time to come. We engaged Heart to Heart for their wedding livestream service. Yancong from Heart to Heart was very chill and friendly, which made him comfortable to work with! He was also very helpful in managing the media we requested for the livestream. Most importantly, his situational awareness was great and was able to rapidly switch cameras to capture most of the important moments in our wedding! Unfortunately, there were a number of mishaps that popped up during the event. We had an issue with the audio signal during our livestream due to a miscommunication within our wedding party. Due to the real-time nature of the stream, Heart to Heart was unable to address this issue in time. Nevertheless, this in our opinion could have been tested and prepared for with backup plans. Also, the embedded Youtube link provided to us to be hosted on our Wordpress website had an error. While thankfully the live video on the official Youtube server still worked, our guests only informed us of these errors after our wedding. This caused a number of our online guests to miss the livestream. As soon as I informed Yancong of these problems, he checked the embedment setting on Youtube and patched the missing audio into the recorded livestream to make up for the error. After that, he told me that he will update their SOP as a precaution to prevent similar incidents in the future. Despite these problems, overall our experience was positive. My fiancé and myself engaged Heart to Heart for our prewedding video and we had absolutely no regrets! Initally, my fiancé and I were apprehensive about filming a pre wedding video as both of us were unaccustomed to being in front of the camera but the end result / edit by Yancong turned out so well! 100% no regrets in approaching H2HS for our wedding day shoot. Yancong and Theingi were both very professional, friendly and helpful! The same day edit video was very well done, provided that we didn't even have any gate crash! What stands out for us is definitely them volunteering to come our places earlier to get some extra footages. Its been our honor to have hearttoheart to do our wedding live streaming. Albeit approaching them quite last minute due to restrictions and changes, Yancong took his time to talk us through what the package entails and he was very professional on the flow of the online streaming such that our guest wont be bored/awkward virtually. He also went down to venue to test run the equipments prior to the wedding which was assuring. We knew we could count on the team that things will go smooth sailing on our big day! Yay! Heart to heart don’t just do wedding videography! We were thrilled to have them to help us with family videography. Yancong and Theingi were really nice and enthusiastic, and never made us feel awkward in front of the camera. There were zero moments where they had forced us to act unnaturally, or to repeat an action again and again just so that they could get a good shot. They understand that baby does have nap time and so they did the entire shoot so quickly and professionally when my Little one started to get cranky! Truly amazing! Story is king. So we always try to understand the story behind every product, the motivation and the drive which will resonate with your viewers.

- Scope of the project, purpose, what is the objective of this video is going to go, how can this video assist you to your goals, why create this video and deliverables, is there any other platforms that may be handy to use this video or photos for.
What do you love most about your job?
creation, planning and strategy with my clients. The most critical process is the planning before the execution. Alot of the clients may be planning the wrong type of videos in the first place before we get to know their business strategy for video.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Searching the why I create for clients or couples. Using video is a powerful tool that I can gift my clients to use it as a tool to help their business or their story.
Why should our clients choose you?
I always think as a business owner's prospective on creating videos for their business first. I don't create for the sake of copying others but truly making sure it aligns to their business goals instead of creating to get paid. So having that extra edge of working in an agency before helped me to understand the flow or creating with intention and also working together with clients at the start of the project rather than execution only.

both works too if is just a small product. If is bulkier or more dense project we may need a studio.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Only people that NEED to be present by present. The rest can attend remotely to advice the shoot. Distancing is critical for every talk show or production. Mask on FULLY for all crews involved unless you are the speaker (you can only remove if I direct you to).
