Through constant encouragement and constantly tracking them even when we are not meeting for the day, so that I can ensure that they are on track or change my routine according to their schedule.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistency and enjoying the process. Seeing your body slowly changes over time and feeling better about yourself day by day is the key to success.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing my clients improve over time, both physical and mentally. Connecting with different people and expanding my social network.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was once obese, and managed to slim down and got to where I am through proper training and minor adjustments to my diet. Hope to help people to achieve their best body and build confidence in themselves.
