To be very honest, I must say Mr Ambrose Ting and Mr Alister Lim have been simply too good for us. My parents, my wife and I decided that it was time for our Will and LPA. Legacy Protector was highly recommended by my sister, and in turn, I will say moving forward I will without a question, recommend them whole-heartedly for anyone who wants to do their wills and LPA.
Why? Because Ambrose Ting goes to great length at no extra charge to explain in his perfect, well-worded, easily understood Chinese (amazingly eloquent) and English to our whole family, every single detail. Not only that, he highlights many points that we have inadvertently missed and pointed out things to take note of in the future, including minuscule details that our previous Will-writing company didn't even bother to inform us.
He made it very reassuring to inform us that aside from our own original and copies, he and the law firm will keep another two additional copies for future reference.
The topping of icing on the cake was when he carefully tied up our original Wills in the envelope and instructed us once sealed thus, try not to take out the original will so that it will be intact and pristine, but refer to the photo-copied copies instead.
