I can't express enough how grateful I am to work with Diana on my life journey of healing and growth. She has a welcoming presence, holds amazing ground, and always facilities a session through exploration. I have been doing somatic coaching and touch therapy with her for over a year, and I have gained so many insights, deepen awareness, somatic tools, and built my mind-body connection, sense of safety and groundedness within myself. She is someone I fully trust and recommend to my friends and clients.

I highly recommend working with Diana, she is an inspiring somatic coach and a beautiful soul. The space she offers feels sacred and safe, I trusted her from the first moment and felt I could open up very quickly even though I am often having a hard time to do so. To see people experiencing greater freedom with their emotions, a growing love of their body's wisdom and this translating into them making positive changes in their lives.

Yes, somatic coaching sessions are entirely online. I find this seems to suit client schedules better, and enables them to be in a familiar place for the session.

The somatic touch therapy sessions can also be done remotely though it sounds unusual! Clients are still able to find relaxation and rest, as if I were there in the space with them too.

For in-person sessions, I'm testing via ART regularly, the studio space is cleaned regularly with disinfecting essential oils, equipment is UV-sterilised after and sheets washed between sessions.

Services

Somatic coaching is a body-oriented form of coaching for mind-body clarity, effectiveness and aliveness. This might be for you if you are:

1) going through or anticipating a life transition (career, relationship, identity)
2) wanting to improve relationships (boundaries, authentic expression)
3) curious to learn more about your habitual responses and how they might impact your life

Somatic touch therapy sessions are tailored to your unique needs, whether what is needed is 1) rebalancing or 2) release. These might be suitable for people wanting to ease stress, anxiety, insomnia, gut issues, deepen their relationship to the body or integrate held trauma.

Sessions draw from gentle touch practices: craniosacral therapy, Jin Shin Jyutsu (a form of Japanese acupressure) and somatic inquiry.

TRE® provides a safe and grounded way to discharge stress that has built-up in the body, whether as a result of emotional tension, over-exertion or a compromised physical sitting or standing posture.

This is a mat-based practice. First sessions will need to be in-person with the option for subsequent sessions to be online.

Breath practice can be supportive to breathe more fully, thus enabling an improved functioning of the various systems of the body. During the session, different breath practices might be introduced and tailored for what would best suit your nervous system.

Meditation tips and techniques can also be shared as a complement to the breath practice.
