Shafiq is an amazing Personal Trainer. He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. He is extremely reliable & punctual, always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

Consistency, commitment, discipline. You don't have to be strict and regimental. You can still enjoy the food you like to eat and things you love to do without the need to restrict yourself.

I am able to do this at clients' HDB void decks/fitness corners, condominiums or landed properties with gym or space availability and accessibility on a case-to-case basis, depending on location and timing.

We will go through simple questionnaires to start the session. Following that, we will go through a modified and customised workout based on the answers given in the questionnaires.
