Seafood Delivery

I ordered 2 orders to be sent to 2 different locations. Even though qexpress failed to deliver one of them, the seller is willing to settle it for me by taking my last min order. i should say my family enjoyed the food. The curry fish head was good. They also liked the ginger spring onion pork and the fried hokkien mee seller was very responsive and I had a very smooth and good Father's Day meal will definitely order again! More...

Food was alright, wasn't exceptional but acceptable given the pricing, e.g Crab. Delivery punctuality certainly can be improved, understand there were multiple poor reviews of delayed orders over past weeks, in my case both orders (ordered on 24th, 25th May) arrived > 1hr earlier. 24th May - opted for 630pm delivery, arrived about 5.20pm 25th May - opted for 7.30pm delivery, arrived about 6.25pm When the delivery guy was questioned, he claimed those were instructions from the restaurant. Early delivery although better than late, also defeats the purpose of selecting a timeslot on the website. More...

The food was good and was delivered 1 hour 30 mins early. However service could do better. I ordered crab from them as they advertised it to come with free fried buns. I didn’t receive it upon delivery and WhatsApp to enquire if they could redeliver. No reply until i asked again an hour later only to a reply with “Will check”. 30 mins later still no reply and I told them its alright I don’t need the buns already as I was going to start dinner. Ordered the curry fish head, the food is delicious, however the service can be better. Used hungry gowhere and place a reservation suppose to have 5% discount but end up the store lady say already discounted. Don't think they know what is happening. More...
