What do you love most about your job?
I deeply enjoy the artistry and the collaborative process of wedding cakes. That’s when I get to stretch my imagination and come up with memorable designs that reflect the unique love and qualities of each couple. Apart from that, I am honoured to be involved in my clients’ biggest milestones in life. For me, it feels like I’m growing with them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A bite of a homemade cookie at the age of 13 led Kendra to the lifelong pursuit of her passion for making and decorating cakes. From cupcakes and small birthday cakes for family and friends, she honed her craft for more than a decade before her successful side business turned into a calling the Singapore cake artist could no longer ignore.
Pétalo was born out of a dream to create impactful, gorgeous cakes inspired by joy and love.

Pétalo’s delectable cakes are lovingly made from scratch and baked with the finest ingredients. We take pride in creations that taste as exquisite as they look. You’ll never find artificial flavouring and pre-made jams, praline or curds in our cakes and fillings. We use real butter, pure vanilla extract and high-quality vanilla bean paste.

Bespoke Wedding Cake Experience
Showcase your love with an exquisite customized cake that is distinctly and entirely you. Beginning with an online consultation, we take inspiration from your story to craft a design unique to your romance. During the consultation, we will go over themes, colours, and design schemes covering all the details big and small, not to mention cake flavours. A sketch of your personal cake design will be provided for your signing off.

In-person Consulation & Cake Tasting
Visit our studio for a cosy in-person cake tasting and consultation session with cake artist Kendra P. During the hour long consultation, colours, themes, big and small details will be discussed while tasting four decadent cake flavours of your choice.
