What inspired you to start your own business?
We decided to start up Print On Demand Singapore after experiencing first-hand the level of unprofessionalism and terrible production quality from the many "cheap and good" custom apparel companies in Singapore and decided that we can and will do better.
Since 2005, we have produced high quality merchandise and apparel which are stocked in various department stores in Singapore (Metro, Tangs, Design Orchard, Spectrum Store, Lim's Uniform) for our own brands. We have also produced various streetwear brands which are manufactured right here in Singapore and is exported across the world.
Why should our clients choose you?
For clients that expects expertise, retail-grade quality and speed of delivery in their production, we are a perfect fit for them. We are more than glad to go through the intricacies of what cloth material suits what apparel decoration method best, what packaging options would best suit their image and what local/global fulfillment options is made available to them.
Unfortunately while we would love to serve all clients and to give them the very best, for clients who are looking only at the lowest price possible we would have to refer them to other companies.

We are able to print and fulfill your order remotely. For a smooth experience, please ensure the following is ready:
Artwork
1. Artwork file (PNG, PSD, AI) to be saved at minimum 300dpi and at actual print size, with the optimal dpi at 360dpi.
2. No corrections/adjustments required to be done.
3. It is best if you have a digital mockup of how the prints are to be sized and positioned on the apparel/tote bag/canvas print. In the absence of a digital mockup, you must provide clear written instructions on where each print will go (ie. Front of shirt, centred, 18cm width artwork, print 8cm below collar).
Material
1. If you need us to print on your own t-shirt/tote bag/jacket/etc, please provide us with the colour and material breakdown (ie. 100% cotton, 50% cotton 50% polyester) prior to sending it to us. Please factor for 2 - 3 pieces which might be used for colour fastness print testing.
2. If you need us to supply the shirts for you, please check against our size chart and make your order accordingly. Do note that size charts across different brands may vary.
Fulfillment
1. Self pickup is free, please inform us the date and time when you will come for collection.
2. Local delivery options would be GrabExpress or Courier (Same day), Ninjavan or J&T Express (3 working days). For large shipments 5kg or heavier we will use Qxpress (3 working days). We do not use untracked postage.
Creation of artwork design file for print
If you have an idea or concept to be printed but do not have the ability or software to create your own design, you can work with our in-house designer to trace, draw and put together your artwork for you. All finalized artwork created will be your intellectual property, and will be saved at 300dpi at the actual print size.
Our designer rate is S$100 per man-hour (1 hour minimum) and billed in 15 minute increments.
Consulting for launching a fashion brand (1st hour free)
If you are considering to launch your own fashion label for t-shirts, dresses, atheleisure but do not know where to begin, we are here for you.
We have personally built and launched 4 fashion labels, and revived 2 fashion labels which has closed down in Singapore over the past 10 years of our existence. We know first hand the challenges faced and how to succeed as a Made in Singapore brand.
We are able to assist you in the structuring of your brand, your product development, develop your go-to market strategy, set up your online and offline retail channels and more.

Local or international fulfillment services
If you have a batch of goods which we have printed for you that needs to be sent out to your customers either locally or internationally, we would be glad to assist you.
As an official Ninjavan Pick-Up Drop-Off point, a J&T Express Pick-Up Drop-Off point and a ShopeeXpress Pick-Up Drop-Off point, we are able to pack, prepare and label your shipments to be sent direct to your clients in Singapore.
If your clients are international, apart from packing and preparing your shipments, you are able to tap onto our corporate rates for FedEx, DHL and Aramex.
