I will prepare the following to ensure you get on track:

1. Workout routine (Sets, reps, exercises tailored for your condition and needs. Videos on how to perform the exercises correctly. Cardio routine for cardiovascular health).
2. Diet plan (Calculated calories and macronutrients)
3. In-house fitness app to help track your progress so I can analyze it and keep everything optimal.
4. Daily chat support and guidance.

1. Maintain a healthy and sustainable diet.
2. Get sufficient sleep. It is THE key aspect of losing weight!
3. Drink plenty of water of at least 3L per day as it is beneficial to the body.
4. Set aside time for workouts which would take about 1-1.5 hours a day!

I feel that there is a sense of reward. And after being a personal trainer for a few years, I realised I made the best friendship with most of my clients as we are both investing our time to improve our well-being together which creates a rewarding feeling.

Yes I do, I have an in-house fitness app. It is a single platform to receive clear training and nutrition instructions quickly, it also comes with video instructional guidance and trackers for all our workouts, body measurements, sleep and anything you can possibly think of.
