In order for my clients to achieve their fitness goals daily, I have set my standard procedure to check on their goals by daily, weekly and monthly. An example if he or she has a specific date to reach their goal, it is much more easier if they have their goals in front of them every morning. In addition, I would encourage my clients to use an online tool to track their goals.

There are many ways to get the body of your dreams.
1. Helping them to get over their fear of gyms
2. Make them feel smart
3. Don't wipe them out
4. Start with their needs, lifting skills and movement quality

Being in sports related activities have always been an essential in my life. I had aspirations of being a professional soccer player and dreamt on donning the national jersey. I was part of the Centre Of Excellence (COE) from the age of 13 to 17 but my journey stopped there. Alternatively, I developed my love in lifting weights, which embarked my new journey. At the age of 17, I was given the exposure to be a personal trainer during my internship programme and that leads to where I am now. 10 years in the industry. Im a lover of hypertrophy and strength. In summary, my goal is to help others achieve their fitness target.

I love being my own boss. When you are your own boss, you tend to get extra motivated to work. Reason being, the business is mend by you which means it follows your dreams and passions. Knowing that I am in control of my own success, it gets pretty exciting everyday. Best part is being able to achieve financial dependence. There will be work-life balance as I can control my schedule.

Clients should choose me as I will ensure that there is outcome. That is my goal for all my clients. I will provide efficient service to my clients and ensure that they feel comfortable at all times. To build trust and consistency with clients so that they have faith in me to deliver their goals that they have set. To provide clients their best convenience on locations based on their own preferences.

I do prefer to have recommendations through word of mouth. Reason being clients can share their experiences and goals they gained through sessions they had with me. Getting clients to contact me directly through mobile would be hassle free and thats where I can give my fastest response as to what they inquire from my service.
