Namely in the Construction, Marine and Education industries, he has managed reviewing and updating of Companies/HR policies, setting up procedures for Performance Management, HR Information Systems and Talent Acquisition. Well-versed in employment legislation, he was also the HR Business Partner, providing consultation to management and line managers.

A) Payroll Setup:
• Discuss and take instructions from client’s designated personnel to understand current payroll management processes, reporting and other requirements;
• Discuss with the client on transition schedule, monthly and year-end process flow, various timelines and KPIs, payroll report requirement and format, and submission and payment methods for statutory contributions.
• Coordinate with the designated personnel/current payroll vendor to obtain necessary information for initial set up and transition;
• Create active employees’ personal, employment and payroll information;
• Arrange for appropriate employee insurance coverage.

• NS Claim Submission
• Paternity/Maternity/Childcare Leaves Submission Including Claims for Government Grants.
