Extremely delighted and happy to have engaged Cone Island for their services. We engaged them for our wedding and received multiple compliments and good feedback from our guests! I even had a guest who checked with me after my wedding if Cone Island had a physical shop as they would like to visit and buy their egglets. My guests were really happy with the selections and choices of icecream and toppings. Presentation of the icecream waffles/egglets were perfect! Besides this, Tiff from Cone Island made extra efforts to decorate the booth as close to my wedding theme. I truly appreciate such sincerity from the vendor because this value add was unnecessary but they still did it for us. She follows up closely with me prior the the event date on what she needs, the decoration and photos. I am so glad i engaged them! More...

We had engaged Cone Island Ice Cream for our newborn baby shower last Friday and we are glad that we have engaged them for the event. We received lots of compliments from our guests that the ice cream were delicious and they have enjoyed themselves. I personally also like to thank Tiff for making the event a memorable one, especially with a few last minute requests. We have decided to have Cone Island just 3 days before our event and they willingly accepted our order and rush out nice photo slides with my multiple request to change photo and edits. I was searching for a vendor to provide an ice cream treat for the boys in my son's school when I chanced upon cone Island mini ice cream. Needless to say, it was the cute little cones that caught my eye. They were so so cute! I got in touch with Tiff and she provided so much information on the onset and answered my queries so patiently, it was amazing! She is ever so patient too, waiting for my replies too. We finally decided on the ice cream float package. I was glad Tiff was flexible with the options and we could work out a deal very quickly as Tiff was very accommodating and understood my constraints. On the day of the event, Tiff and her partner arrived promptly and worked fast at setting up. It was a lovely set up, with customised wordings for my event. Great for photo taking! The speed are which Tiff and her partner worked were mind boggling. They stayed focussed and worked tirelessly during the duration of the event and were happy to go that extra mile to make it a memorable day for us. I am really glad I chose them for my event. It was an excellent evening yesterday with Cone Island serving our Birthday party guest, their delicious ice cream. Both the kids and adults were so excited to try the different delicious flavours. Tiff and team were professional and very patient. They personalized their cute set-up to fit the party theme too.
