First time we dined here for birthday today at 6pm on 15 May 2022.
I was having problem to changed my booking timing but manager Mike came to my rescue.
Later when i need to make payment, another manager a lady called Bell helped me out with some good advise on how i can maximise the points earned by using grab pay.
Thank you to the both of them for making my day.
And thank you for the complimentary birthday waffle with 2 scoop of Bell favourite ice cream.

This is my mum’s current go-to for quick bites. Great big portion with delicious food. She is now in love with their chicken waffles. had birthday dinner there , friendly staff ( Ms June ) who frequently attends to evey table askin every customers hows the food and sincerely apologised if their food being served late due to overwhelming customers and online orders. She gone the xtra mile to make sure all customers comfortable. She potrayed at all times friendly approached even smile behind her masks. Fully recommended to have your lunch or dinner there. Me and friends (5 pax total) dined in on 28th November, Sunday around 10pm. We had a bad experience at your place, we was served by one lady with spects and blonde hair, we didn't get her name unfortunately.

When we was about to sit down, the lady asked us "who is going to bill" even we have not placed any orders. It may be unintentional remark, like she was joking around but it was unneccesary la.

One of us ordered lava cake with 2 scoops of ice cream. He found a yellow rubber band in the cookie ice cream scoop, we informed the lady who served us. She did not apologise for it and took the plate to a guy, (the boss i assume). The guy was nice and apologised to us. (we did not take any photos as since the guy apologise and we do not want to make things bad) When we walked to make payment for the remaining food, the guy voided the lava cake, the lady once again asked one of us "jokingly" but very rude "did you guys put the rubber band in it?" The rest of us was infront making payment so we didn't heard it. Afterwards, my friend then told us about it when we went out to smoke and we felt super offended of the whole incident.

We didnt want to head back to question the lady but we just felt annoyed and unhappy and since the guy have already apologised. But we were all just unhappy about the lady.

This is a f&b business, the lady firstly did not apologise (even if she is just a staff) and said something which is super offensive. Perhaps she tried to joke around with us but then, it was super annoying and rude la. We were unhappy about the whole incident and have a bad experience although the food was somewhat okay for us.

We hope you look into this matter seriously with the attitude of the lady. More...

Myself & Hubby were there yesterday 25Oct for lunch aa recommended by a colleague . Ordered Seafood Green curry pasta & Cajun lamb rack , drinks n desserts 😊 Portion were just right , taste & presentation were good & appealing 😋 Price is reasonable & nice cozy ambience 👍Staff June deserves all the praises for her attitude & manners .
