Q&As

Being an RTT Practitioner allows me to witness incredible transformations and be a catalyst for positive change in people's lives. It's profoundly rewarding to guide individuals on their journeys to self-discovery and empowerment.

Being in the corporate world for so long and working for someone else on such a large scale and only being a small piece of the puzzle, I really wanted to work for myself and see the change you make in people's lives directly.

Because I am so open, and friendly and can bring a light into some really dark moments and thoughts. Plus I have already been on the journey myself.

Definitely, online since COVID-19, so many businesses have now resorted to online, but I can also do face-to-face which I do love.

I did not have my own practise then, but should anything like that arise again would just be an online business.

Services

Rapid Transformational Therapy can be a powerful tool in addressing anxiety, stress, and panic attacks. Here's how:

Identifying Root Causes:

RTT dives deep into the subconscious to identify the root causes of anxiety, stress, or panic attacks. Understanding the origin allows for targeted and effective intervention.

The "rapid" in RTT means just that. It works efficiently to bring about quick and profound changes. Clients often report relief after just a few sessions.

Mindset Rewiring:
RTT focuses on rewiring negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to anxiety. It replaces them with empowering and positive beliefs, leading to a more resilient mindset.

Addressing Underlying Issues:
Anxiety often stems from unresolved issues or past traumas. RTT addresses these underlying factors, providing a holistic approach to healing.

Creating Coping Mechanisms:
RTT equips individuals with effective coping mechanisms. Clients learn to manage stressors and respond to triggers in healthier ways, reducing the likelihood of panic attacks.

Building Emotional Resilience:
Through the reprogramming process, RTT helps individuals build emotional resilience. This resilience acts as a buffer against stressors, reducing the impact of anxiety on daily life.

Empowering Self-Talk:
Negative self-talk contributes to anxiety. RTT transforms this internal dialogue, fostering self-compassion and positive self-talk that supports mental well-being.

Enhancing Relaxation Response:
RTT helps activate the relaxation response in the body, countering the physiological aspects of stress and anxiety. This leads to a calmer nervous system.

Tailored Solutions:
RTT sessions are highly individualized. The therapist tailors the approach to the unique needs and experiences of the client, ensuring a personalized and effective intervention.
Long-lasting Change:

RTT doesn't just provide temporary relief; it aims for long-lasting change. Clients often report sustained improvements in their mental well-being.
