What inspired you to start your own business?
Our inspiration came from a desire to evolve legal services into something more dynamic—firmly rooted in business realities and free of the inefficiencies of timesheets. We wanted to build a firm that acts as embedded counsel for clients, offering the insight of in-house lawyers, but on transparent, fixed-fee terms. By combining corporate, commercial and IP expertise under one roof, we set out to support businesses from incorporation to exit—without traditional law firm constraints holding them back.

Yes, our team regularly delivers legal services remotely to clients in Singapore and across the region. We conduct meetings via Zoom, Teams or other video conference platforms, respond promptly via email and messaging apps, and use digital signature platforms where possible. From contract drafting and IP filings to regulatory advice, we provide seamless support without requiring in-person meetings—making it easy for clients to engage us wherever they are.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We transitioned to a fully digital-first approach during the pandemic. Where in-person meetings are required, we operate by appointment only, with mask-wearing, distancing, and sanitisation protocols in place if required by our governing agencies depending on the level of risk/threat. Most legal work—including consultations, document review, and even notarisation coordination—can now be handled remotely, reducing physical contact while maintaining the same standard of service.
