Nas has been my trainer since Nov 2019. He is the most professional and best trainer I've ever had. I train with him 2 times a week, and he adjust my plan according to my goals and strength, of course push my boundary step by step.
He also gives good advice on food, and I have built a healthy eating habit for the last 2 years too.
As a result, I look younger than my peers, and got good indicators on my health screen reports too.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The workout programmes have to suit the clients. Not everyone is built the same or even have the same lifestyle. With proper guidance, motivation, making each training MANAGEABLE, efficient and fun, is the way to go.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret! As cliche as it may sound. Consistency, Discipline and Workout Lah!
