100% will recommend! Darren is my first personal trainer, and I can confidently say that investing in his training is one of the best decisions I've made this year. Starting with small beginnings, I was restarting my strength training journey, and Darren guided me every step of the way—from learning the proper form and techniques to understanding key concepts/knowledge, learning the importance of tracking workouts and the concept of progressive overload for growth, etc. I appreciated how he believed in me and pushed me beyond my limits, helping me realize what I could actually achieve. Darren is incredibly knowledgeable and generous in sharing his insights, and I’ve learned a lot from him. Darren is a very knowledgeable trainer who is patient in extending his knowledge to me whilst ensuring that our sessions are constantly conducted safely. He really believes in his clients to push in every session so that they can improve and see results. Unlike other trainers that I have come across who are just there to tick boxes, Darren cares about tailoring a program that is best suited to your overall state and wellbeing. He consistently checks in with reminders, encouragement and advice to keep you in check on the fitness goals that you are looking to achieve. So glad to have a personal trainer like Daren, most of the trainers are focused on upselling their sessions but Daren really cares about his clients, works with great passion!
He designed programmes that meet my aims, he has vast knowledge of his profession and always shares with me the nutritional advice, never knew there’s much more to focus on besides working out.

I have been working with Darren for several weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with my progress. Not only is he incredibly friendly and approachable, but he also conducts fun and personalized training sessions that keep me engaged and motivated.
One thing I particularly appreciate about Darren is his ability to provide detailed explanations for each exercise, which helps me understand why we're doing certain movements and how they benefit my body. In addition to being personable and knowledgeable, he is also excellent at his job. He has a keen eye for technique and is always pushing me to challenge myself while still staying within my limits.
