To be honest I was doubtful before I had my first session with Dr Jab. But Dr Jab was not just patient with me, he was very effective with helping me through some difficult periods. He doesn’t just listen well, encourage well, he even equipped me with a lot of practical handles when I’m going through thing. To the point that I sometimes get excited before going through a session with him. It’s like a spa for the mind. Also helps that his voice is really calming for some reason. This establishment is known as The Hypnotherapy Clinic (Singapore) Pte Ltd and is misrepresenting themselves as The Hypnosis Clinic, which is another legitimate business that is registered with ACRA. In a profession that requires transparency and integrity, it is only right and proper to use the registered company's name to conduct business. Misrepresentation should be a red flag for client. I found myself in the care of Jab MacCardy by total luck. I had just arrived as an expat in Singapore and was facing the enormous burden of anxiety as a result of two (very different) international moves in the span of 3 years. When I walked into Novena Medical Center and met Jab in person, I knew I had made a great decision for my mental health. The office embodies a feeling of potential, it smells like a dream, and forces your blood pressure to lower just by the comfort you feel wrapped in the space. Anxiety is a monster that many of us try to bury, for me it became difficult to manage without professional guidance. Jab uses a form of talk therapy that allowed me to feel completely open and in a safe environment to share and unlock the tangled up thought patterns I was dealing with. Thanks to his work, I am experiencing life through a new set of eyes. My tennis game has improved drastically because I feel more present in every moment, my ability to do my job without unnecessary stress has continued to amaze me. It is easy to detect that Jab has a natural gift for helping others, he meets all the criteria for a person creativing an environment built on trust- which is the secret key to open the doors of hypnosis. I am able to utilize the techniques he taught me to bring myself to a state of peace during stressful moments that arrive in my life. I am forever grateful and would recommend him to anyone that is wanting to improve the quality of their life in this chaotic, and sometimes very difficult world we are all trying our best to navigate. 60-minute Consultation
This is our standard consultation. Patients generally choose this option after the free initial consultation. The course of treatment is tailored according to the patient's presented issue.
