If you’re looking for a trainer who truly listens, observes and is more invested in your journey more than you are. Then meet Gabriel. I cannot recommend him enough as one of the most caring, respectful and patient trainers. I get sent videos, articles and information about my rehab needs and have learnt so much about the muscle imbalances that I have and the workout plan required for improved mobility. I have found a very caring friend in Gabriel and I’m grateful that he’s completely redefined my preconceived notion of gyms and trainers. Gabriel is as encouraging as he is pushing you to progress. I really like the place itself. Would recommend this to my family and friends too! And ultimately, coach Gabriel helped me alot with my transformation. Gained almost 3kg of muscle mass in a month and fat percentage went down by so much. I would say coach Gabriel really knows his stuffs. From GBC training, to functional training, to boxing and even to rehab and recovery.
