What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being consistent and being motivated. Sometimes we know all that we need to know, we know every piece of information. But without motivation, there is no way you can reach your goal.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to see all walks of life, helping people acheive their results.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to be overweight and unhealthy. Even though I exercise often, I don't see much results. When I finally learnt how to get in shape while enjoying my usually meals, I was very thankful. Being in charged of my own business gives me the freedom of educating and coaching my clients the way I want instead of being influenced by external factors.
Why should our clients choose you?
I personally have went through the phase of being unhealthy and overweight, to being fit and healthy. The striggle I faced during the years of being unhealthy is real and I don't want anybody to face that. My motivation to help people is what drives me to do well.
