Have been training with Renee for almost 3 months, it was a fun and fruitful experience everytime I'm at her place.
Small cosy home gym with plentiful privacy, she make sure my muscles are worked and strenght train in different areas of my body.
She is very attentive but also keeps our session rather casual so I don't get bored out by the heavy equipment. She pushes me to do better everytime I'm there.
Her warm nature and willingness to share makes me able to do much more even when shes not with me.

When I came for our private session I had just decided that I will divorce the person I had been with for 16 years, courtship and marriage included.
It felt like I had to unlearn and relearn so many things about myself. In essence, I had completely forgotten about my feminine side because my life at that time required me to be masculine in as many forms as possible to get through the demands of daily living.
Meeting you and embracing our session normalised the transition I was about to make in terms of taking baby steps towards discovering me, learning to discover my feminine, believing that strength can be associated with being feminine and just realising that people can be safe spaces. You had no judgement for my situation and you were so open with sharing about yours.

Renee is a motivating and encouraging trainer. Her bubbly nature and her excellent preparation of my training plans makes each session very fun and enjoyable.
Finishing each session with Renee makes me feel recharged and energised.
She is also very knowledgeable. After resuming training from a foot fracture, she tailored the training to strengthening my legs, while not neglecting the other muscle groups, and I was able to gain back the strength in my legs very quickly.

Renee is a non pushy and very encouraging fitness trainer. I don't feel self conscious during training with her because she has a private well equipped gym in her home (which is also safer with the pandemic still raging) and she is so easy to talk to n supportive. Often encouraging me gently to take on more weights n stretch my body gradually. I enjoyed her sessions very much because she makes it fun and always have something new for me. The stretching and exercises I have learnt from her has helped me a lot in managing my joint n back pains. Renee is very knowledgeable in what she do. I had some injury with my shoulders and she was still able to train my shoulders without aggrevating the injury.
Now my shoulders are much stronger.
The trainings session are very effective. Renee save time by alternating different isolated muscle trainings.
I really appreciate when my time were maximized.
For people who are busy and have minor problem here and there, she is your best bet!

I was a complete beginner in strength training. Initial contact with Renee was pleasant and we spent close to an hour talking about specific goals and targets.
I opted for 3 sessions a week and emphasized on strength training with free weights and stretching exercises. The outcome exceeded my expectations and it was money well spent.
Main reasons to engage Renee are but not limited to,
1) Proper techniques and maintaining proper form
2) Pleasant training environment in her customized home gym
3) Maximized training effort in the allocated time
4) Flexible training slots as long as it's communicated in time
5) Creative exercises regimes, not the same routine weekly
6) Customized strength training to your specific needs (eg. Tennis, long term health, mobility issues)
Going to a gym was always daunting as I have no experience apart from you tube videos or trying to work out by reading the instructions on the machine. I had gained confidence to handle myself in a public gym unlike before. I can see the progress myself as I can lift heavier weights and posture had improved. Renee is really a breath of fresh air to train with. Positive, Knowledgeable and patient. I had not exercised in a while and was very weak and she focussed a lot on my form, ensuring that my “sleepy” muscles were revived after so long. She is able to assess my fitness level and devise exercises that first helped with my functional movement. Then as I got stronger, she added the weights on. I started out with 2kg or 8kg weights and now do up to 20kg to 35kg after 10 sessions. For ab crunches, I couldn’t even past 4, but now I can easily do 20. I am happy with the progress. Thanks Renee. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
As everyone's body is different, I will work out a customised plan with each and every of my clients to achieve their fitness goals. I do weekly reviews on what had been done, and how we can progress every week.
Im experienced in training both females and males.
I mainly train my clients in my private gym. A fully equipped gym. Only 1 trainer 1 client space. No distractions and just focus.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret. Everything is Science. The Science Behind Fitness. Fitness and Diet both plays a very important role in getting your dream body, your fitness goals and your personal target. I will advice my clients based on both Fitness and Diet program.
What do you love most about your job?
I had helped many of my clients achieve their fitness goals. And they feel more confident of their bodies and feel so good about themselves. I have changed their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I love to inspire people, and in turn they inspire others. I love helping my clients achieve their fitness goals. Its my passion, it makes me happy.

I prefer in person training as I can correct and adjust my clients form better. As form is very important for any fitness exercise.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I sanitise my entire gym after every client's session. Hand sanitisation is compulsory before session starts.
