Recently just completed my CCK HDB HIP upgrade. I had engaged Plugbear HS for my kitchen cabinet replacement. Both my wife and myself are very impress with this company. Mr Zac, young handsome guy who mostly i communicated with, equip with the professionalism and very patience will always listen to your needs and also provide guidance and personal advises. Very comfortable when you are discussing with him. Like to thanks Mr Lai, a very dedicate carpenter, a very skillful and stringent chinese guy which i notice and observed, demand high standard workmanship when installing my kitchen cabinet. The people that came were very good, pressure washed our entire terrace and it looks so much cleaner. They moved the furniture and heavy pots but then put them back again. They were accommodating and pressure washed the walls also. Also we’re cheaper than other quotes I received. Would definitely use them again. More...

Disappointed with their service. Called and spoken to Ms Wong for a quotation and was asked to watsapp her the details. Initial reply was prompt, subsequent no reply. Called her and she claimed that she was still waiting for supplier to give her a quotation. It was almost a month. At least response back the watsapp that she is waiting for the quote instead of ------, no response. Definitely will not recommend. Thumbs down. More...

We originally contracted Plugbear for a small bathroom project. However, we were so impressed with their attitude and efficiency that we added more projects.
Things ultimately snow-balled into a major home renovation. We learned a lot from their expertise as they patiently shared the pros and cons of every option we picked. However, they always respected our choices and decisions and we never felt pressured to follow their advice.
We feel they sincerely tried to help us instead of focusing on making profit. Their staff were professional, super nice and had a great sense of humor. Sometimes, they worked so hard that we had to chase them to lunch/home after work. Now that the project is over, we almost miss having the cheerful team around.
For many years, we had many terrible experiences with contractors who overcharged, had hidden costs, or delivered low-quality work. Plugbear was honest with their pricing and work ethic that they felt like a breath of fresh air. We feel blessed to have found Plugbear and if we could describe this company with just a few words, we’d say this is a company with conscience.

We pride ourselves in the service we provide and would come back again if there is an issue in our work. Even if there are issues with 3rd party products, we will also help to rectify the problem

Hearing the customer's satisfaction coming back to a lovely home and also their safety when we fix their houses

Lesser transations between ID to main contractor to sub contractors means more control and more accountability while having lesser mark ups
Why should our clients choose you?
At the end of the day, it is a relationship, not a transaction. We try to cater to your needs rather than the bottom line. We would like our clients to come back to us if there is an issue as we provide a one stop service from the renovation to the maintenance.
