My aim when I first started early this year was pretty low bar I must say. I just wanted to make exercise as a habit and something that I like to do. 😅 But, over time I find the the T15 exercise made me feel so energetic everyday. Both, coach Terrence and Candy are really good in correcting me when I do each exercise so that I benefit the most from each exercise session. Also, I love our hikes in the weekend so much. This is because, I have to sleep well and early before our hike. And over time, now I can run and walk at a consistent pace and energy. Previously I struggle to even sustain a short run. Practice and consistency does help. I believe I will be able run consistently for a longer time soon . What I like best about Terence’s approach ? That he helps us understand issues and challenges from a holistic perspective, so we can better understand and manage the health goals that we set for ourselves.
I am someone who needs options, and dislikes monotony . Terence helped provide options on what I could safely do indoors with basic equipment, and outdoors with suspension ropes and more. He helped find ways to fit pockets of exercise into my schedule, and vary them so I could have a balanced measure of cardio as well as conditioning.

What's Terence like?
He is a little bit of friend and every bit the coach to help you realise your health and fitness goals!
Truth be told, I've tried the whole gamut pre-covid - fitness centres, running clubs, circuit training, spin, boxing and apps on tabata, HiiT and bodyweight exercises. Sure, I lost some weight and run times got faster but I was still lethargic and prone to weight gains.
I was curious about the Fit Formula by Terence and signed up for a comprehensive analysis on health and fitness levels. Unlike other programmes that look purely on weight loss or fitness gains, the Fit Formula works on your health from a holistic angle. I learnt for instance the impact of stress on sleep and fitness. On one of the weekly reflections, I told Terence that I was disappointed with myself for my lack of discipline. Terence gently offered an alternative perspective. Instead of beating myself up over my perceived failure, why not think about putting in place a workable STRUCTURE to achieve health and fitness goals? Terence showed me how to break big goals into smaller ones and ensured different aspects of my health are on track to help me achieve all these goals.
A few weeks into the programme, Terence asked me to consider a lofty goal. Something to motivate, to keep me on my toes and off social media. I said 2 chin ups and when can I achieve it? His answer surprised as I expected an analysis based on timeline and fitness level. Terence simply said that it depends on how badly and how fast you want it and I'll be with you whatever the time frame.
So there you have it - Terence is a coach that journeys with you. We had a look at my health in its entirety and worked at small, sustainable gains over the long haul.

It has been over a month since I have started working with Coach Terence I feel more confident in exercising and understanding nutrition.
I really enjoy having access to 15 live virtual workouts and Coach Terence giving feedback on how my posture or form can be improved. This gives me confidence in doing the exercises safely. There are many exercise sessions weekly that you can choose from to suit your schedule.
I appreciate that he works with me to see my abilities in both exercise and nutrition and for me to take ownership in making improvements for myself that would help me sustain it in the long run.
He is very flexible and is always a text or call away if you have questions or need advise on exercise and nutrition!

I’ve had Terence as a coach for the past month and what I really appreciate is his holistic approach towards fitness that goes beyond just the workouts and nutrition.
From the beginning, he emphasises on how our fitness is made up of different parts of our lives, the importance of sustainable routines, and understanding our hidden motivations for wanting to start our fitness journeys. I had a great experience working with Coach Terence. It was more than just physical training, it was an analysis of how you were doing in other areas of your life like sleep, diet, mental health and work.
One thing that I feel more confident about after working with Coach is my form when it comes to exercise, I've learnt how to workout properly without injuring myself and how to get the most of my workout.

Terence has a wide variety of techniques in his knowledge base and knows when to change the intensity based on my current/day-to-day fitness level.
He also gave me nutritional advice like meal planning, macro and intermittent fasting.
Recently, Terence has also included online 15mins session via Zoom. This definitely motivates all his clients & their friends to be active during “lockdown” period where gyms are closed. Great patience.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was in very poor physical health & fitness about 9 years ago (2015). I experience a dramatic improvement & health transformation after studying nutrition and exercise (and applying what I learned)
Good health should be available to everyone and I realized that it isn't that difficult if you have the right tools and the right mental thoughts. I could have decided to be healthy by myself and not share what I know with other people.
