I have known Perdip for over 3 years now and been training with him for almost 2 years. While he helps me be accountable, helps in tracking calories and workouts, the main reason I recommend him is - (a) he has helped me normalise my food intake and calories while still able to achieve my goals and being vegetarian (b) he has remodelled the training program to suit my schedule/injury/different gym several times and yet lead to good results!

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The initial consult is a very important meeting between the client and trainer as this meeting will set the goal expectations and requirements from each other. From there, I'll customize everything from training plan to nutrition guidelines to help client achieve their goal. Remember, as a trainer, i’m here to guide, the effort will still have to come from you.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to focus on delivering exceptional result by investing my time with a limited number of client instead of working longer hours and being packed and unable to give my best to everyone.
Why should our clients choose you?
I invest in all my clients heavily. I ensure accountability by tracking the details and ensuring proper form during training to prevent any injuries. I have constantly upgraded myself through education and courses so that the knowledge can be passed down. In terms of training, I have experience both muscle building phase and I have regularly got lean for shoots mainly to empathize with my client to help them ease through the journey.
