I’ve had the pleasure of training with two exceptional personal trainers at MSK Performance — Ash and Alex — and I couldn’t be more grateful for how each of them has shaped my fitness journey in different, but equally meaningful, ways.
I first started training with Ash, and from the get-go, he made it clear that my goals and lifestyle were the priority. He took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and crafted sessions that felt personal and sustainable.
