Personal Trainers

First time getting a PT and I can only say I am glad I choose Kang. He is really experienced, knows his stuff and is very patient (which I really need as I have not been exercising for the longest time). He can accurately gauge a person's condition and stamina, he will tailor the exercise for today to push you till your limit but not so much that safety is compromised. Kang is an excellent trainer. I first started working with him when I'd hit a plateau in my fitness progress. After working with him, I have made much more progress. Kang is our trainer for for the couple training. He has a genuine passion in workout by himself and always tries his best to teach everything we need to learn - from regular training to pain relief exercise based on our body condition and needs. Most of all, he has the magic to make every session engaging and fun! I used to not like trainings (you do training because you feel you have to do for your health). With him, 1 hour feels like a blink of an eye, full of laughter and of course sweating. ;)

If you want to find a trainer who really cares about your health, makes you "want to" exercise not "have to", and shows the changes in your body along the way, he is the right person to go.

Kang is an enthusiastic, motivating and goal-oriented trainer. During my fitness journey, many friends and gym go-ers have asked me for honest advice. Many of them after getting results, have presented me the idea of coaching them in person and also advised me that I could help so much more if I started Personal Training. So I took a leap of faith.
