What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help my clients resolve their issues and achieving their goals - be it achieving their desired body composition or moving without pain. Seeing the progress that my clients have made brings joy and fulfilment to me.

My exercise framework and methodology focuses on movement mechanics, longevity, and safety. Having a healthy, strong, and functional body will allow one to enjoy their life to the fullest.
My experience in rehabilitation complements my expertise in resistance training to allow my clients to train with the right movement pattern that spills over to their daily activities and/or sports.
