What do you love most about your job?
As a yoga and Pilates instructor, what I love most about my job is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives. Watching my clients grow stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their bodies is incredibly rewarding. I also cherish the connections I build with each person, helping them find balance and peace through their practice. Whether it's guiding someone through a challenging pose or helping them relax and unwind, being part of their wellness journey brings me immense joy and fulfillment
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own yoga and Pilates business was a deep passion for wellness and a desire to share that with others. I saw how powerful these practices were in transforming my own life—physically, mentally, and emotionally—and I wanted to create a space where I could help others experience the same benefits. The flexibility of running my own business also allowed me to tailor classes and programs to meet the unique needs of my clients, giving me the freedom to innovate and truly make a difference in their lives. The idea of building a supportive community around health and wellness was the driving force behind my decision to take the leap into entrepreneurship.
