I initially started 72 training sessions with Fariz in April 2023. Despite a slightly higher cost compared to a more experienced alternative, I chose Fariz due to his friendly and more approachable demeanour.
The training sessions have been great; Fariz keeps things engaging and pushes me effectively.
One challenge is our busy schedules. Fariz juggles clients, family matters, and his business ventures, while I travel frequently for work. These often lead to session gaps. Delays and occasional rescheduling have also happened due to our commitments.
To manage this, I asked to reduce the number of training sessions, which Fariz generously agreed to.
In summary, Fariz's expertise and motivation have been valuable, despite occasional scheduling hiccups.

Maryam is really friendly so there’s no worries about being awkward or too serious when you’re with her. She teaches and explains the techniques well so you can understand and apply it to your exercises. She will follow up with you on your exercises if you have to take a break from your weekly exercises due to your schedule, but consistent trainings should be done to ensure the best results in the months that you have taken up. I have been training with PT Maryam for the past 3 weeks. Im 44 years young and have left gym and lifting for 4 solid years. Been doing only long distance jog and walk. With PT Maryam guidance, my chest, back and arms are getting more define. I feel good with the upper body improvement. Loving every session with this cili padi trainer, Maryam. She is always encouraging. She teaches good form in proper lifting and always checking on me on days that there were no training. I hv some issues with my knees, i have yet to see any major improvement on lower body. But then again i hv only completed 9 sessions with her and most time with my knees issues. I still have many more sessions to grow with her. I see significant improvement in these 9 sessions, IMAGINE the balance sessions Im gonna complete with her guidance. Maryam is super creative in utilising the gym equipment in so many amazing combinations so every part of my body is targeted and worked on. She also dispenses advice on the nutritional aspects so I can become healthier and fitter too.

Firstly, i do a needs analysis to understand about my clients goal as well as their current physical condition/health history. Then from there create a realistic workout program which works around their lifestyle best. Giving small milestones also help to make sure we are on track!
