Hayley is someone that I would strongly recommend to my friends because she cares about the posture and correct way of working out rather than just pushing her clients to lose weight fast. When I first started my session with her I was surprised because she took the time to analyse my body condition first and clarify all the questions that I had. She also advised some dietary changes that I should make so that my overall body goals can be achieved faster. During the covid period, I have been gaining weight and been lazy. I had just started training with Hayley for 3 months and I could feel the difference in my energy level and my clothes felt abit looser. As a woman, I didnt want to go to the gym as I'm afraid of lifting heavy weights. It was only when my friend introduced me to Hayley telling me that I can hire a trainer and work out at the comfort of my own home, which was why I decided to give it a try. I have been training with Hayley since she was working in Bodyburn. I love her core and TRX classes which always makes me feel the burn and places I have never felt before. Starting with small attainable goals to progress before planning for high achievement fitness goals

Being skinny doesn't mean it's healthy. Being able to achieve a healthy fitness level and feeling comfortable with you own body is.

When seeing clients being able to get more healthy while enjoying the training session and learning new knowledge about exercises.

The misconception of being skinny means they are healthy. Most girls out there would rather choose weight loss than fat loss. A lot of ladies also have the fear of going to gym lifting weights in order to lose their weight.

As each individual is unique, the workout is customized to their needs. Being able to understand clients fitness level and slowly progressing yet still being able to have fun during the session is the most important thing. Workout shouldnt be a hassle.

Yes, online services are an option since my trainings leaning towards free weights/body weights. It is always better to do a consultation so that I can get to know you better before planning for your training

I would only train 1 client at a time. There is also an option to train both online and offline so that is is always easier for me to correct your posture when I'm guiding you online.
