Aaron is the best! The only way for me to lose weight & be continuously motivated about it is to have a strict trainer & he delivered just that. When I started the gym I was doing plenty of cardio, and doing 'light weights', fearing the stigma of becoming bulky. I was picky with the things I did, coupled with my self taught knowledge from videos online.
Things changed when I started PT with him, he opened up a fitness world for me as a woman and made me fall in love with it.
Aaron is extremely knowledgeable, unlike other PT's that just piece together workouts to beat your as* and charge you for it, Aaron curates them. There's a reason for everything he teaches. Up until today he has never been unable to answer me anything I ask regarding fitness. There's so much to learn, stick with Aaron if you want to build your journey with someone that cares about it :) No regrets.
