How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Training is only a portion of the equation in helping clients acheieve their goals . I help them by also guiding them on their nutrition, exercising on their own & making sure they stick to the program to achieve their goals. It sounds easy but it takes effort & work from the clients end as well.
Personal Training
1-1 Personal Training for an hour in the gym. No membership is required to use the gym when training with a trainer.
