How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I take time to really understand the deep 'why' and what the goals are and then develop a bespoke program that takes a client from where they are to where they want to go in a sustainable way.
I only work with a limited number (max 20) clients at any one time so I can ensure the right level of support for my clients.
My longest client has been with me for over 7 years.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There are no short cuts, its is about making sustainable lifestyle changes that fit in with your life.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to work with some truly awesome people and help them become a better version of themselves and we have fun during the process.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to do something to help people, so I left a senior corporate role, with all the perks that come with that and set up the business and its very rewarding to see people improve their lives

I don't offer any 'get fit in 30 days' or 'Target belly fat' gimmicks. You get honest advice and feedback based on your lifestyle and goals.

I provide online 1:1 sessions via zoom and also bespoke programs via training software that allows the client to workout on their own. The software has built in exercise videos and feedback from me following completion of the workouts.

Pre/Post Natal training
I hold a certification in Pre/Post natal training and have experience of helping multiple women train during and post pregnancy
Nutrition coaching
I offer nutrition coaching that goes beyond food plans and into behavioral change.
Run coaching
From run and gait analysis for beginners and experienced runners.
Program development for all levels from beginners to sub 3hour marathon runners.
