Along with running my private practice where I see clients with various backgrounds and needs, I have been teaching Psychology at various universities for the past 20 years. I have a Masters in Psychology and also a Masters in Counselling that has prepared me to understand human behaviour in depth to be able to appreciate why people continue to repeat their patterns that do not serve them well.

If I could rate is ZERO i will. Staff refuses to give full name. When I requested to speak to Manager Jam, Zam, that is how she revealed her name impersonated to be the Manager and later told me she is not MANAGER and the person is out looking at other branches. Integrity issue! If I want to raise a complaint I am entitled to speak with Manager, but a staff hiding and concealing information is in not ethical. Staff needs retooling for sure More...

Nice views, but air condition was a bit too cold. Luckily I was there only for a bit but still a clean overall space to work!

Yes, to my surprise people find this modality as efficient as face to face, with more convenience. Video calls are the most preferred method. Occasionally some opt for Zoom sessions.
A Map for Emotional Wellbeing
Emotional wellbeing refers to more than the mere absence of depression, anxiety or other diagnosable psychological disorders.
It requires the ability to develop and maintain healthy relationships, ability to deal with uncertainty and adapt to the changes in one’s life.
Psychological counselling is an avenue to learn to regulate our emotions and dysfunctional thoughts to bring positive changes. However, it takes much courage to address personal problems and painful personal stories.
In our sessions, I will help you map out a path towards emotional wellbeing, so that you have the tools necessary to be at peace and have fulfilling relationships.
