What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To have remind them to have their masks on before and after the workout, to wear my mask even during training, wipe the equipments that were used.
Personal/Group Training
To provide and plan training session based on my clients goals and to achieve them progressively. I focus more on clients form to properly engage specific muscles rather than achieving a number of reps.
