Coming into the sessions I had no prior knowledge of gymming and the gym being a male dominant place, can be quite daunting for first-timers like me.
But after 30 sessions, I can train myself in the gym without feeling intimidated.
Christy is very well-versed in her field. I have gained not only knowledge of how to use the machines, but also how to apply them to my workouts.

Christy took time and effort to understand my goals, limitations and preferences before developing a personalised fitness plan for me.
She is very knowledgeable about the human body and help me to understand how to train effectively.
She also have shown me how to use the gym equipmemt correctly and achieve effective work out that meets my personal goals.
Without her professsional guidance, normal workout won't be as effective as it is common to get it done wrongly.
Christy have also help me to correct my bad posture which I have been having for a very long time
In terms of schedule she is also very flexible and would try to accommodate to my timings.
She is very delicated and patient during the trainings sessions.
Christy is also passionate and even comes out with list of recommended hawker food for me as a guide to eating out.
