What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the positive impact I can have on my client, especially when I help them achieve a major transformation.
What inspired you to start your own business?
While I enjoyed my successful corporate career (in my last role I was Regional CEO for APAC), I felt it lacked a bit meaning. Hence, I was looking for doing something more meaningful, and I found coaching was the perfect avenue for me to achieve that. The rest is 'history' as they say.
Why should our clients choose you?
Working with me, they will feel supported but also challenged in their ways of thinking and operating. While I will adhere mostly to key coaching principles, I will not hesitate to break the rules of 'pure' coaching if I feel that will better serve my clients. Also, I have developed numerous tools and approaches over the last 20+ years to short-cut the achievement of the outcomes my clients aim for.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, about 90% of my work is done online/remotely typically using Zoom or sometimes MS Teams. I do travel occasionally to Singapore (I'm based in Thailand) - about 4-5 times a year. When I do, then I'm happy to meet my clients also in-person.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Obviously, there is no risk of Covid-19 if sessions are conducted virtually, but if I have sessions in-person and if I think there is the slightest chance of a Covid infection, I would use face-mask and try to keep a bit of a distance.
