What do you love most about your job?
I have been coaching for the last 9 years and I totally love to see people grow, be the best that they can be, and maximizing their potential. I want to help people live their lives courageously and passionately.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Personally, I believe in making a difference and in awakening possibilities in people’s lives. Hence I left IT after 7 years in it and move into Executive Search, helping professionals with their career development. About 10 years ago, I had the privilege of being coached and I experience personal transformation and professional growth in my business. I decided to pursue the path of coaching and received ontological coach training with NewField Network Institute, Stakeholder’s centered Coaching with Marshall Goldsmith and subsequently PCC with ICF. I am also trained and certified in several 360 Degree Feedback tools and I have been using tools like Gallup’s StrengthFinder, Social Style for Communication, and several psychometric tools.
