A trainer who knows his stuffs, not just the basic stuffs but also advance stuffs that you might not missed out. The reason I mentioned this is because, I have done years of research online without consulting any personal trainer it was due to the prices was too expensive!
however, Timothy have gave me a good reasonable price that is really within my budget and gave me good training session. I would consider him as my trainer, my mentor and a friend who gave not only training advice, also training plans, diet plans, supplements that will benefit from muscle recovery.
he have corrected a lot of my posture and forms, also adding quite a lot of technique which I can play around with but still stick with the old-school methods. The Gains are not obvious from the start, but when you really know it, you will get muscle gain.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Catering to each clients fitness goals and fitness levels, I cooperate as a team with my clients to create a realistic fitness workflow, ( as I understand everyone’s time is precious and vary due to their work , family and lifestyle) , in which includes : custom training routines , adjusted dieting strategies even for those with inflexible working hours, and regular updates on their body status along the process through calls and WhatsApp.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There is no secret to that. Every one who has a fitness goal needs to understand their body well and have a decent work system to provide the Training stimulus and together with better eating and adequate rest and recovery, you will get closer and then acheive your goals. Trainers help you speed up , correct and optimise training to educate you lifelong fitness skill, save you time and sustain your fitness for a long time, including ageing gracefully and using different approach to stay fit and get stronger and healthier along the years.
What do you love most about your job?
The love and excitement from watching clients achieving progress in their fitness endeavours and hitting their and thus looking greater and feeling more invigorated than before. You don’t feel it until you achieve it yourself.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My first few interviews after getting my bachelors degree in finance and economics, i interviewed with banks. The end results was, all of them telling me to visit the gym nearby as its suits me as i apparently got too engrossed chatting about the interests and fitness section.
Many friends start to refer clients to way before i was certified so it got me hyped up to equip myself with the qualification and start training and helping people.

My attention to details, especially on exercise form and posture and also safety is a key concern for most of my clients. Everyone values a safe
Training protocol while getting results along the way.
I also manage and advise base on the individual lifestyle, food preference, limitation and health challenges while adjusting training methods use for them.
I am also very flexible on appointment scheduling to suit to clients availability.
Lastly, when all is put together.
They get a range of positive results and are healthier , stronger and better than ever.

Training sessions are set in packages
- 12 sessions
- 16 sessions
- 20 sessions
Each session last for 1 hour.
(I also provide 90 minutes training with similar packages)
Also serves Couple/Buddy training 1 to 2 person per session
